| dc.description.abstract | O presente relatório é fruto de todo o trabalho realizado nas Práticas de Ensino Supervisionadas, nos estágios em Creche, Jardim-de-Infância e 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, refletindo as aprendizagens adquiridas. Organizado em duas partes, o relatório começa por apresentar os diferentes contextos de estágio e a reflexão sobre o trabalho neles desenvolvidos. Das várias questões que foram emergindo durante este percurso optei por estudar o trabalho de equipa entre Educadores de Infância e Professores do 1º Ciclo do Ensino Básico, pesquisa que apresento na segunda parte. Procurei estudar que tipo de trabalho de equipa é realizado entre educadores e professores; quais as barreiras que afetam o trabalho de equipa entre docentes; quais as estratégias que ajudam a melhorar o trabalho de equipa entre educadores e professores; como é que é preparada a transição/adaptação das crianças; qual o papel dos encarregados de educação no processo de transição/adaptação das crianças. Com estes objetivos entrevistei sete educadores e sete professores de 1º ciclo da rede pública do Ministério da Educação. Como principais conclusões deste estudo, observa-se que a maior parte dos/as docentes trabalha em equipa e que este trabalho é considerado fulcral e profícuo. Para alguns, no entanto, este trabalho é afetado por muitas condicionantes: horários incompatíveis; (in)disponibilidades; excesso de trabalho, entre outros fatores. Neste sentido foram também apresentadas algumas estratégias consideradas como exemplos para ultrapassar as dificuldades sentidas a este nível: a alteração da carga horária do 1º ciclo; a necessidade de se reunirem mais vezes com docentes de ciclos diferentes. Relativamente ao modo como costumam preparar a fase de transição/adaptação entre ciclos de ensino a maioria afirma que esta preparação é feita apenas pontualmente (no final ou no início do ano letivo). A maioria dos/as entrevistados/as considera ser essencial a participação dos encarregados de educação em todo o processo educativo, nomeadamente no apoio ao processo de transição entre a educação de infância e a escola. No final do relatório é apresentada uma reflexão sobre todo o percurso de aprendizagem realizado durantes os estágios e pelo desenvolvimento deste trabalho de pesquisa. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This report is the result of the work accomplished by supervised education and by the stages (nursery, kindergarten and first cycle of basic education), which reflects the acquired learning. Organized in two parts, it starts to present the difference between the context of the stage and the reflection about the work that is developed by them. Some questions emerged during the achievement of this work. From these questions, I choose to study the teamwork between the pre-school educators and the first cycle of basic education teachers, a research work which is included in the second part. The research that was made had the objective of studying what type of teamwork is carried out between educators and teachers; which are the obstacles that affect the teamwork of the teaching staff; which are the strategies that are more helpful to improve the teamwork between educators and teachers; how the children transition/adaptation is prepared; what is the role of the parents on their children transition/adaptation. With these objectives, I interviewed seven educators and seven teachers from the first cycle of basic education of the public service of the education ministry. As the main conclusions of this research, it is possible to observe that most part of the teaching staff work as a team and this job is considered by most of the educators and teachers interviewed, as a crunch and a profitable work. Although, with the information given by some of them, this job is affected by some restrictions such as incompatible timetables; (un)availability; overwork as well as other factors. Also, there have been presented some strategies considered as examples to get through the difficulties that have been felt at this level: modification of the first cycle of basic education timetables; the need of reuniting more often the teaching staff of different cycles. In relation of how they usually prepare the phase of transition/adaptation, most of the interviewed claim that the preparation is made on time (at the end or at the beginning of the school year ) and that the participation of the parents during all process is essential , so they can support the transition process between the pre-school education and the entrance to a different school. At the end of the report, there is a reflection presented about all the work that has been made along this process, during the stages and by the development of this research work. | pt_PT |
