This study analyses the United States environmental impacts on agriculture intra-industry trade (IIT). The results indicate that there was a negative correlation between carbon dioxide emissions and intraindustry trade. According to the literature, this type of trade uses less pollution technology. We also found that emissions increase with the level of production. The economic size has a positive influence on carbon dioxide emissions.por
