Gestão do Regime Terapêutico na Pessoa com Asma ou Doença Pulmonar Obstrutiva Crónica (DPOC) Este relatório visa a análise e reflexão sobre a intervenção do Enfermeiro Especialista em Enfermagem Comunitária, no âmbito do projeto “utentes com Asma e DPOC – Gestão do Regime Terapêutico”. A investigação sustenta-se numa amostra de conveniência, constituída por 14 participantes, de ambos os sexos. Realizou-se a Scoping Review tendo como ponto de partida a questão PCC: Quais as intervenções de enfermagem em saúde comunitária na promoção da saúde da pessoa com Asma ou DPOC? Com o objetivo de identificar as intervenções de enfermagem em saúde comunitária, no âmbito da promoção da saúde em pessoas com Asma ou DPOC, selecionaram-se dois artigos de investigação. O estudo permitiu explorar aspetos relacionados com a doença e a gestão do regime terapêutico, num grupo de pessoas com Asma ou DPOC, revelando a necessidade de um plano de intervenção junto desta população. Management of Therapeutic Regimen in Person with Asthma or Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) This report aims to analyze and reflect on the intervention of the Community Nursing Specialist Nurse, under the project “users with Asthma and COPD - Management of Therapeutic Regime”. The research is based on a convenience sample of 14 participants of both genders. The Scoping Review was conducted based on the CCP question: What are the community health nursing interventions in promoting the health of people with asthma or COPD? In order to identify nursing interventions in community health, in the context of health promotion in people with asthma or COPD, two research articles were selected. The study explored aspects related to the disease and the management of the therapeutic regimen in a group of people with asthma or COPD, revealing the need for an intervention plan for this population.
