O presente relatório de estágio visa a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Desporto, com especialização em Treino Desportivo na modalidade de Futebol. São apresentadas as práticas pedagógicas vivenciadas durante o processo de estágio, bem como o desenvolvimento de um estudo aplicado em uma equipa da Liga Kolmonen (3ª divisão de futebol feminino na Finlândia), durante a época de 2020 no clube Ekenäs IF. Os objetivos principais incidiram sobre a planificação global da época desportiva nas funções de treinador principal na equipa de sub-13 feminina, sub-14 feminina, seniores femininas, e coordenador técnico dos escalões de sub-8, sub-10 e sub-12 masculino.
O estudo realizado durante a intervenção profissional analisou e caraterizou o processo ofensivo da equipa sub-14 feminina. A análise dos dados foi descrita a partir dos resultados relativos aos lances decorrentes da competição. Foram analisados 3 jogos contra equipas diferenciadas pelo nível qualitativo e teve como resultado 178 ações, com uma média de 59,3 de ações por jogo.
The present trainee report aims to obtain the degree of Master in Sports, with specialization in Sports Training in the Football modality. The pedagogical practices experienced during the internship process are presented, as well as the development of an applied study in a team from the Kolmonen League (3rd division of women's football in Finland), during the 2020 season at the club Ekenäs IF. The main objectives focused on the global planning of the sporting season in the roles of principal coach in the team of female under-13, female under-14, female women, and technical coordinator of the under-8, under-10 and under-12 male. The study carried out during the professional intervention analyzed and characterized the offensive process of the female under-14 team. The analysis of the data was described from the results related to the bids resulting from the competition. Three games against teams differentiated by qualitative level were analyzed and resulted in 178 actions, with an average of 59.3 actions per game.
