jogadores e no treinador.
destes, quer a nível desportivo quer a nível pessoal.

As a general objective, it was intended to observe, analyze and diagnose behaviors, skills susceptible to development or improvement within the players and the coach. After the initial observation and the OMSAT-3 questionnaire application, strategies were implemented, in order to optimize their performance, whether at sport or on a personal level. Inserted in the area Community, a seminar called "Psychology of Sport - Leadership in the National Football Teams" took place, with the presence of several national team coaches. Topics such as the leadership process within the national teams, the difference between male and female teams, the team captain, among others, were discussed. In relation to the complementary area, the Office of Psychology of Sport was implemented at NSRM, aiming to extend the psychology of sport and its benefits among all players, parents, coaches and other sports agents. Support was also provided, in a development project of personal and social skills through sport in school context, based on the Hellison’s Teaching Personal and Social Responsibility Program, which is a model of educational intervention through physical activity.
