Abstract(s)
O presente documento faz uma abordagem à formação inicial dos professores de Educação
Física (EF), tentando compreender como foram os percursos de formação, o primeiro contacto
com o exercício de funções docentes e o desenvolvimento profissional ao longo dos anos de
serviço. Pretende ser uma reflexão não só sobre a formação do professor mas também sobre o
seu percurso profissional.
Este trabalho de investigação é um estudo de caso realizado durante o ano letivo 2012/2013,
a docentes do Agrupamento de Escolas da Lourinhã, concelho da Lourinhã, distrito de Lisboa.
A amostra utilizada corresponde a oito docentes do Quadro de Agrupamento.
Para realizar esta investigação, foi aplicada a técnica da entrevista de modo a obter as
declarações dos entrevistados acerca das suas opiniões sendo as respostas tratadas
qualitativamente.
Os docentes salientam e valorizam a importância da formação inicial aliada à prática
supervisionada e experiência profissional adquirida ao longo dos anos.
Caracterizam o seu percurso profissional e revelam algumas angústias e expectativas face à
atualidade.
Os docentes reconhecem a evolução do desporto e da EF e investem na formação, como meio
de adquirir novos conhecimentos e estratégias para dinamizarem as suas aulas, tornando-as
motivadoras para os seus alunos.
This paper presents an approach to the initial training of Physical Education teachers, were trying to understand how the training courses, the first contact with the office of teachers and professional development over the years of service. Intended to be a reflection not only on teacher education but also about his career. This research is a case study conducted during the school year 2012/2013, the faculty of the Group of Schools Lourinhã, Lourinhã municipality, Lisboa district. The sample represents eight teachers from Table Grouping. To conduct this research, the technique was applied to the interview in order to obtain the statements of the respondents about their opinions and responses were treated qualitatively. Teachers emphasize the importance and value of training combined with supervised practice and experience gained over the years. Characterize his career and reveal some of anxieties and expectations today. Teachers recognize the evolution of sport and Physical Education and invest in training as a means to acquire new knowledge and strategies to streamline their classes, making them motivating for their students.
