Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório de Estágio descreve a intervenção do Estagiário na função
de Treinador-adjunto/Analista da Equipa Sénior B Feminina do Sport Lisboa e Benfica,
que participou no Campeonato Nacional Feminino – II Divisão, durante a época
desportiva 2023/2024, sagrando-se campeã nacional.
Estruturado em três Capítulos distintos, mas complementares, o relatório aborda:
Capítulo I – O Estágio, que descreve detalhadamente as funções e tarefas desempenhadas
pelo Estagiário no contexto futebolístico em que esteve inserido, com especial foco na
área da observação e análise, sendo complementado por uma abordagem multidisciplinar
que integra diversas áreas fundamentais para o treino e para o jogo de Futebol; Capítulo
II – Estudo “Social support, network, and relationships among coaches in different sports:
a systematic review”, que analisa os diferentes tipos e níveis de suporte social fornecidos
a treinadores de diferentes modalidades, investigando o impacto desse suporte no seu
bem-estar, com o objetivo de melhorar a qualidade de vida, o desempenho e a eficácia no
trabalho; Capítulo III – Balanço Final do Estágio, no qual são analisados os principais
desafios e aprendizagens da experiência, tanto no contexto futebolístico como nas
atividades extrafutebol, que contribuíram para a evolução do Estagiário enquanto
Treinador.
Desenvolvido no âmbito do Mestrado em Treino Desportivo, da Escola Superior
de Desporto de Rio Maior – Instituto Politécnico de Santarém, o Estágio permitiu aplicar,
avaliar e aprofundar diversas competências teórico-práticas, promovendo a capacidade
analítica, pedagógica e de adaptação a diferentes desafios, reforçando a integração de
estratégias multidisciplinares no Futebol de Formação.
The present Academic Internship Report describes the role of the Intern as an Assistant Coach/Analyst of the Sport Lisboa e Benfica Senior B Women’s Team, which participated in the Women’s National Championship – Second Division during the 2023/2024 season, ultimately winning the national title. Structured into three distinct yet complementary chapters, the report covers: Chapter 1 – The Internship, which provides a detailed description of the functions and tasks performed by the Intern in the Football context in which he was involved, with a special focus on the area of observation and analysis, complemented by a multidisciplinary approach that integrates various key areas essential to training and the game of Football; Chapter II – Study “Social support, network, and relationships among coaches in different sports: a systematic review”, which examines the different types and levels of social support provided to coaches across various sports, investigating the impact of this support on their well-being, with the goal of improving their quality of life, performance, and work efficiency; Chapter III – Final Internship Review, which analyzes the main challenges and learnings from the experience, both in the Football context and in extracurricular activities, which contributed to the Intern’s development as a Coach. Developed within the scope of the Master’s in Sports Training at the Sport Sciences School of Rio Maior – Santarém Polytechnic University, the internship provided an opportunity to apply, evaluate, and deepen various theoretical and practical competencies, enhancing analytical, pedagogical, and adaptive skills in response to different challenges while reinforcing the integration of multidisciplinary strategies in Youth Football.
