Intervenção profissional no campeonato de Portugal. Caracterização sociodemográfica da carreira desportiva dos jogadores profissionais de futebol portugueses

O Relatório de Estágio descrito neste documento é relativo ao Mestrado em Desporto, com
especialização em Treino Desportivo, na Modalidade de Futebol.
Este Relatório de Estágio contempla os três momentos de formação, o primeiro, a intervenção
no Estágio e o segundo, orientado para a aplicação de um estudo, e o terceiro momento toda a
reflexão relacionado com os dois últimos momentos.
O primeiro momento, o estágio, aborda uma intervenção profissional no Sporting Clube de
Espinho, durante a época 2020/2021, onde foi desempenhada a função de treinador-adjunto,
com funções de análise e observação, e onde se conseguiu cumprir com os objetivos propostos,
terminando na 8ª posição da série D, do Campeonato de Portugal.
O segundo momento, orientado para o desenvolvimento do estudo aplicado, onde foi efetuado
uma investigação tendo como principal objetivo a caracterização da realidade sociodemográfica
da carreira desportiva dos futebolistas portugueses ajudando-nos a retratar as particularidades
da profissão, tendo como amostra setenta ex-jogadores profissionais e onde obteve-se como
principais conclusões o facto de os jogadores terem uma carreira profissional curta, focados na
carreira e com grande instabilidade no local de residência, mas com estabilidade familiar. Os
jogadores reportam terem auferido rendimentos muito altos/altos. Por fim há uma tendência
formação superior e/ou cursos técnicos.
Concluindo o estágio foi extremamente enriquecedor quer do ponto de vista
tecnicopedagógico, quer no desenvolvimento científico de um estudo.
The Internship report described in this document is related to the Master in Sports, with specialization in Sports Training, most specifically in Football. This Internship report contemplates the three stages of training. The first moment is regarding the intervention in the Internship. The second moment is an application of a study, and the third moment, is the reflection related to the last two moments. The first moment, the internship, approaches a professional intervention at Sporting Clube de Espinho, during the 2020/2021 season, where was performed the role of assistant coach, whose functions where of analysis and observation, and where was possible to fulfill the proposed goals, finishing in the 8th position of series D, of the Portuguese Championship. The second moment approaches the development of the applied study, where an investigation was carried out with the main objective of characterizing the sociodemographic reality of the football club - Sporting - footballers, helping us to portray the particularities of the profession. With a sample of seventy five ex-professional players, the main conclusions were obtained from the fact that the players have a short professional career, focused on their career and with big instability in their life (ex: place of residence), but with family stability. Player’s report having high/very high incomes. Finally, there is a trend towards higher education and/or technical courses. In summary, the Internship was extremely enriching, both from a technical-pedagogical point of view, as well as in the scientific development of the study.
