Relatório de Estágio na equipa de Hóquei em Patins do Sporting Clube de Portugal (Campeonato Nacional 1ª Divisão) & Representatividade dos exercícios de treino em comparação ao jogo – Validação do Sistema de Observação da eficácia no processo Ofensivo

O relatório de estágio enquadra-se no momento final de avaliação para a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Treino Desportivo pela Escola Superior de Desporto de Rio Maior.
O estágio realizou-se no Sporting Clube de Portugal, na época 2021/2022, integrando a equipa técnica dos Seniores de Hóquei em Patins desempenhando funções de analista de jogo e treino, e apoio às dinâmicas de todo o processo de treino e jogo da equipa Sénior A.
O relatório de estágio encontra-se dividido em cinco partes: revisão da literatura; as atividades que foram desenvolvidas no decorrer do estágio, o estudo que para além de estudar a representatividade dos exercícios de treino em comparação ao jogo, foi feita a validação do sistema de observação criado e a relação com a comunidade.

The internship took place at Sporting Clube de Portugal during the 2021/2022 season, where I was part of the senior roller hockey technical team, serving as a game and training analyst, and providing support to the dynamics of the entire training and game process of the Senior A team.
