Este relatório enquadra-se no segundo ano do Mestrado em Desporto – Especialização em Treino
Desportivo, após ter terminado o estágio académico no União de Tomar, nas épocas 2012 / 2013 e
2013 / 2014.
A atividade de estágio no contexto da modalidade de futebol, visa o desenvolvimento de um conjunto
de competências essenciais ao desempenho da função de treinador, bem como proporciona a
oportunidade de aplicar saberes adquiridos ao longo do percurso académico.
O estágio no União de Tomar foi desenvolvido com base em três atividades:
1. Atividade principal: treinador adjunto na equipa de futebol Sénior, durante as épocas 2012
/ 2013 e 2013 / 2014;
2. Atividades Complementares:
2.1 Treinador Principal
Época 2012 / 2013 – Sub10;
Época 2013 / 2014 – Sub15.
2.2 Apoio à coordenação do futebol jovem, épocas 2012 / 2013 e 2013 / 2014.
Para além da caracterização do contexto e dos objetivos de estágio, neste documento estão
expressas todas as estratégias de intervenção profissional, especialmente ao nível do planeamento,
periodização, operacionalização e caracterização do processo de treino sustentadas e
fundamentadas em bibliografia de autores de referência.
Da análise da caracterização dos exercícios referente às 117 unidades de treino realizados na época
2013 / 2014, destacamos o facto de acordo com a classificação de (Queiroz, 1986) 56 % do volume
total de exercícios é da categoria Exercícios Fundamentais, podemos concluir por isso que existe
uma predominância de exercícios com grande identidade com o jogo, ou seja similares ou idênticos
aos contextos competitivos que a modalidade em si encerra, ideia essa reforçada com a classificação
taxonómica de (Castelo, 2003) que apresenta 53 % do volume total dos exercícios pertencentes a
Exercícios Específicos de Preparação.
As preocupações no decorrer do estágio académico, foram essencialmente o desenvolvimento de
competências fundamentais ao nível da intervenção técnico-pedagógica, bem como aprofundar
conhecimentos na área da organização do jogo de futebol e no planeamento e operacionalização do
processo de treino e construção do modelo de jogo, com base em bibliografia de autores de
referência.
Podemos então concluir que estágio foi extremamente benéfico para a minha formação, pois
proporcionou, o desenvolvimento de competências e conhecimentos fundamentais para o
desempenho da atividade profissional de treinador.
This report is a part of the second year of the Master in Sport - Specialization in Sports Training, after completing the academic stage in União de Tomar in seasons 2012/2013 and 2013/2014. The stage activity in the context of football, aims to develop a set of core competencies for the performance of the coaching function and provides the opportunity to apply knowledge acquired during the academic route. The stage in União de Tomar was developed based on three activities: 1. Main activity: assistant coach in senior football team during seasons 2012/2013 and 2013/2014 2. Complementary Activities: 2.1 Head Coach Season 2012/2013 - Sub10; Season 2013/2014 - Sub15. 2.2 Support for the coordination of youth football, season 2012/2013 and 2013/2014. In addition to the characterization of the context and the goals of stage in this document are expressed all professional intervention strategies, especially in planning, periodization, operation and characterization of training process and based on the literature of reference authors. Analyzing the characterization of exercises relating to 117 training units performed at the time 2013/2014, we highlight the fact that according to the classification (Queiroz, 1986) 56% of the total volume of exercise is the category Exercícios Fundamentais, we can conclude there is a predominance of exercises with great identity with the game, that is similar or identical to competitive contexts that the sport itself have, this idea is reinforced by the taxonomic classification (Castle, 2003) which has 53% of the total volume of the exercises belonging to Exercícios Específicos de Preparação. The concerns during the academic stage, were essentially the development of key skills in the technical and pedagogical intervention and deepen knowledge in the area of the football, like, game organization, planning and operation of the training process and construction of the game model based on literature reference authors. We can conclude this stage was extremely positive for my training because it provided, the development of skills and fundamental knowledge for the performance of coach professional activity.
