Abstract(s)
O presente relatório visa a obtenção do grau de Mestre em Desporto, com especialização em
Treino Desportivo na modalidade de Futebol. São apresentadas as práticas realizadas em
estágio nos Sub-23, Sub-19 do Rio Ave Futebol Clube enquanto treinador-adjunto, durante a
época 2020/2021.
O relatório está dividido em três partes. A Intervenção Técnico Pedagógica com a descrição,
reflexão e partilha das vivências ao longo da época desportiva enquanto treinador-adjunto
com tarefas orientadas para a observação e análise do adversário, da própria equipa, do treino
e de avaliação e controlo do treino, com a recolha da perceção subjetiva de esforço e dados
quantitativos do processo de treino em campo. O estudo denominado, Construção e Validação
de um Sistema de Observação para Análise do Treino de Futebol, onde se validou o respetivo
instrumento e posteriormente se aplicou um estudo piloto que apresenta dados relativos a
sessões de treino no campeonato nacional de sub-23, mediram-se dados como o tipo de
exercício, os objetivos, a oposição encontrada pela equipa ofensiva, as condicionantes à
tomada de decisão e forma de pontuação do exercício. Por fim, o Balanço final do relatório e
uma perspetiva futura sobre os objetivos a alcançar no âmbito profissional.
This report aims to obtain a Master's degree in Sports, specialization in Sports Training in Football. The internship was in U23, U19 and U9 of Rio Ave Futebol Clube as assistant coach during the 2020/2021 season. The report is divided in three parts. The Part 1 – “Internship” with the description and reflection of experiences throughout the season as assistant coach with tasks oriented towards the observation and analysis of the opponent, the team itself, the training and evaluation and control of the training, with the collection of the subjective perception of effort and quantitative data of the training process in the field. The Part 2 – “Study” named, Construction and Validation of an Observation System for Football Training Analysis, with all the steps performed along the way, data presentation and reflection of them, where the respective instrument was validated and later a pilot study was applied that presents data on training sessions in the national under-23 championship, data such as the type of exercise, the objectives, the opposition encountered by the offensive team, the conditioning factors for decision making and scoring method for the exercise . And the Part 3 – “Final Balance”, of the entire academic path and a future perspective on the goals to be achieved in the professionaly.
