Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório tem como principal objectivo expor a actividade de Coordenação
Técnica, num projecto de Formação de Jovens Atletas em Futebol. Esta actividade
desenvolveu-se no decorrer da época desportivo 2012/2013.
O estágio foi realizado na Escola Academia Sporting - Alfena, a qual se encontra
inserida num projecto de grande dimensão Nacional e Internacional de um grande
clube nacional, com resultados reconhecidos na formação de jogadores de futebol, ao
nível mundial.
Os praticantes Escola Academia Sporting - Alfena têm idades compreendidas entre os
cinco e os quinze anos, num total de cerca de 185 atletas, divididos em 5 turmas de
formação e 6 turmas de competição.
O corpo técnico é composto, por um coordenador técnico, 6 treinadores (sendo um de
guarda-redes), 4 treinadores estagiários e dois treinadores assistentes.
Este relatório aborda a intervenção profissional do Coordenador Técnica, junto dos
técnicos/treinadores, atletas/alunos, pais/encarregados de educação e coordenação técnica do projecto.
This report aims to expose the activities of Technical Coordination, a draft Training of Young Athletes in Football. This activity was developed during the sports season 2012/2013. The stage was held in the School Academia Sporting - Alfena, which is part of a project of great national and international dimension of a big national club with recognized results in the formation of football players worldwide. Practitioners School Academia Sporting - Alfena are aged between five and fifteen years old, a total of about 185 athletes were divided into 5 teams training, and 6 teams competition.
