Abstract(s)
O objectivo deste estudo é o de caracterizar os significados que orientaram a identificação de mulheres Avieiras enquanto grupo de Porta-vozes da memória do seu povo. Para tal, realizámos entrevistas individuais a duas mulheres, idosas, de diferentes comunidades.
Gravámos as entrevistas e trabalhámos os dados recolhidos, integralmente transcritos, que foram submetidos a várias leituras e a uma análise temática dialógica, que resultou na construção de significados das histórias de vida de cada uma, e finalmente cerzimos as duas histórias.
Os resultados apurados indicaram que: 1) as histórias das informantes estavam fortemente ligadas a histórias de vida da família e da comunidade, assim como a diferentes noções de tempo e espaço; 2) Estas mulheres transformam-se em Porta-vozes a partir do momento em que são reconhecidas enquanto repositórios e transmissoras de saberes, fazeres e saberes-fazer da comunidade Avieira.
Podemos dizer que as identificações como Porta-vozes da Memória Avieira foram construídas pelos dinamismos que estas mulheres desenvolveram nas suas vidas, nas suas famílias e nas suas comunidades.
The aim of this study is to characterize the meanings that guided the identification of women as spokespeople of the memory of its people. To this end we held individual interviews with two elderly Avieiras fisherwomen of different communities. After recording interviews and working the gathered data, fully transcribed, we have undergone several readings and a dialogical thematic analysis which resulted in the construction of meanings of life stories of each, and, finally, we sewed the stories. The results indicate that: 1) the stories of the informants were strongly linked to family and community life stories, as well to different concepts of time and space; 2) these women become spokespeople from the time they are recognized as repositories of knowledge, and knowledge-hands on of the Avieira community. We can say that their identification as spokespeople of the Avieira memory was built by the dynamics that these women have developed in their lives, families and communities.
