Abstract(s)
Neste contexto, a ampliação
respiração, hidroterapia, acupuntura, musicoterapia, mindfullness e hipnoparto, sendo
desenvolvida uma Scoping Review, cujos resultados obtidos demonstraram a efetividade
das técnicas na promoção do conforto.
Non-Pharmacological and Integrative Techniques are therapeutic resources that have gained greater visibility and practicality in the context of labor, in which women demonstrate the recovery of their freedom of choice, requiring a model of care that makes childbirth a humanized experience. In this context, the expansion of these techniques is essential for women's autonomy, triggering holistic comfort, which goes beyond physical care... it is emotional, spiritual care, which builds a therapeutic bond with the Nurse Specialist in Maternal Health Nursing and Obstetrics. This person is responsible for accompanying the woman throughout labor, applying techniques such as: Freedom of movement, relaxation and breathing techniques, hydrotherapy, acupuncture, music therapy, mindfulness and hypnobirthing, which are recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO, 2018). In this context, a Scoping Review was developed, the results of which demonstrated the effectiveness of the techniques in promoting comfort.
