Abstract(s)
Os momentos do trabalho de parto e do parto são pautados pela necessidade da exposição corporal da mulher, podendo ser encarados de formas diferentes consoante os valores culturais de cada mulher e, portanto, terem interpretações e serem vivenciados de forma distinta por mulheres de culturas diferentes.
Como tal, surge a necessidade de compreender a mulher em todas as suas dimensões para podermos avaliar e adaptar conceitos e práticas de enfermagem coerentes com as necessidades de cada grupo.
Foi realizada uma revisão sistemática da literatura, em que metodologia utilizada foi Joanna Briggs Institute (2014) sob a forma de uma Scoping Review, que teve como questão “A exposição do corpo da mulher durante o trabalho de parto tem impacto nas mulheres de culturas diferentes?”. A pesquisa foi realizada na plataforma EBSCOhost e Pubmed, tendo sido selecionados cinco artigos.
A análise reflexiva dos artigos pretende gerar contributos para a prática da enfermagem num meio multicultural, adequando e pautando o processo de cuidar e cada momento de intervenção num momento humanizado, individualizado e adaptado a cada mulher e família.
The moments of labor and delivery are guided by the need to expose the woman's body and can be seen in different ways depending on the cultural values of each woman, who can give different meanings and live a different experience according to their culture. Hereupon, there is a need to understand woman in all their dimensions so that we can assess and adapt nursing concepts and practices that are consistent with the needs of each group.
