| dc.description.abstract | Este é o trabalho de apresentação de percurso académico que partiu da experiência vivenciada durante os estágios e deu lugar a uma pesquisa sobre o tema: Estereótipos de género em idade pré-escolar e estratégias promotoras da igualdade. O relatório está organizado nas partes seguintes: apresentação do trabalho realizado nos estágios curriculares de Mestrado em Pré-escolar; trabalho de pesquisa sobre a temática e estudo com docentes e alunos a lecionar no ensino pré-escolar. O estudo foi planeado para ouvir crianças e educadoras com o objetivo de conhecer alguns dos estereótipos de género presentes na educação de infância assim como algumas estratégias que as docentes utilizam nas suas práticas educativas. A recolha de informação passou por entrevistas a toda a população e posteriormente sessões de filosofia com as crianças, utilizando a metodologia inspirada na “Filosofia para crianças” de Matthew Lipman. Como principais conclusões retiradas deste estudo afirma-se que é considerável o esforço da população docente na mudança de mentalidades, seja nas crianças, seja na comunidade escolar e familiar. No entanto, as contradições entre o trabalho realizado na educação de infância e os modelos familiares é uma das maiores dificuldades verificadas. Existem realidades distintas constatadas pelas crianças que acabam por reforçar a construção de estereótipos, no que diz respeito à igualdade das tarefas realizadas, dentro e fora do lar, por homens (pai) e mulheres (mãe). O desenvolvimento desta pesquisa foi de extrema relevância para o futuro trabalho enquanto educadora de infância nomeadamente na área da Formação Pessoal e Social, que é a área interdisciplinar que mais se deve dar importância nesta e em todas as fases da educação. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This is a presentation of an academic work, path from the experience lived during the internships that have given way to a search about the topic: Gender stereotypes and equality strategies in pre-school. The report is organized into the following parts: presentation of work in internships of master degree in preschool education; research work about the topic and study research with teachers and students to teach in preschool education. The study was designed to listen children and teachers in order to discover some of the gender stereotypes present in childhood education as well as some strategies that teachers use in their educational practices. For gathering information it was used interviews to the entire population. Subsequently it was used philosophy sessions with the children, using the methodology inspired in the "Philosophy for Children" by Matthew Lipman. As main conclusions of this study is considerable the effort of the teaching population in changing the mentalities of childrens, school and family community. However, the contradictions between the work done in early childhood education and family patterns is one of the biggest problems encountered. There are different situations identified by children who end up strengthening the construction of stereotypes with regard to equality, of tasks performed inside and outside the home, by men (father) and women (mother). The development of this research was extremely important for my future work as a kindergarten teacher in particular in the area of Personal and Social Education, which is an interdisciplinary area that more importance should be taken in all form of Education. | pt_PT |
