| dc.description.abstract | Optou-se nesse trabalho pelo método de pesquisa de intervenção com a finalidade de capacitar um indivíduo com DFI para sua atuação no serviço de auxiliar-guia. Nesse processo de pesquisa o objetivo principal se limitou à capacitação profissional desse indivíduo com DFI, bem como intervir para viabiliazar sua inclusão laboral no próprio ambiente de trabalho onde foi articulada sua capacitação profissional, o setor da Equoterapia do IFB campus Planaltina-DF. Para viabilizar essa inclusão laboral, optamos como meio facilitador de contratação do indivíduo, a empresa terceirizada que presta serviço para o IFB campus Planaltina-DF. Essa empresa terceirizada é uma prestadora de serviços contratada pela instituição IFB, possui funcionários com variadas funções prestando serviços em todos setores da instituição. Desse modo, acredita-se que essa empresa seja o caminho ideal para incluir esse indivíduo com DFI em seu quadro de funcionários, permitindo que o mesmo aplique suas habilidades laborativas no setor da Equoterapia na função de auxiliar-guia. Observa-se que por meio da pesquisa interventiva a pesquisadora teve oportunidade de interagir direta e pontualmente com a equipe de professores, indivíduo pesquisado e o ambiente de trabalho equoterápico, permitindo aprimorar a prática educacional equoterápica diariamente desenvolvendo a teoria e a prática de trabalho do auxiliar-guia com análise, intervenção e avaliação dos conhecimentos que fundamentaram essa proposta de capacitação e inclusão laboral. Os resultados analisados demonstram que a equoterapia do IFB campus Planaltina apresenta condições suficientes para capacitar e incluir um indivíduo com DFI em seu ambiente de trabalho. | pt_PT |
| dc.description.abstract | This study employs the intervention research method with the purpose of qualifying an individual with FID for their role in the auxiliary-guide service. In this research process, the main objective was limited to the professional qualification of this individual with FID, as well as to intervene to make feasible their inclusion in the work environment in which their professional training was articulated, the IFB Equine Therapy department at the Planaltina-DF campus. In order to enable this labor inclusion, we have chosen as a facilitating means of hiring the individual, the outsourced company that provides services to IFB campus Planaltina-DF. This outsourced company is a service provider contracted by the IFB institution, has employees with varied functions providing services in all sectors of the institution. Thus, it is believed that this company is the ideal way to include this individual with FID in its staff, allowing it to apply its job skills in the field of Equine therapy as a helper guide. It is observed that through the interventional research the researcher had the opportunity to interact directly and punctually with the team of teachers, the researcher and the work environment equotherapic, allowing to improve the educational practice equotherapic daily developing the theory and practice of work of the auxiliary -guide with analysis, intervention and evaluation of the knowledge that underpinned this proposal of training and labor inclusion. The results analyzed affirm that IFB equestrian therapy campus Planaltina presents sufficient conditions to enable and include an individual with FID in their work environment. | pt_PT |
