| dc.description.abstract | Neste estudo pretendemos analisar e fomentar a importância da supervisão e da orientação pedagógica em relação ao bem-estar docente percebido tendo como dois grandes objetivos: i) discutir as influências associadas ao bem-estar docente percebido; i) promover a supervisão e a orientação pedagógica, em trabalho multidisciplinar. Para o efeito, foram verificados fatores e ambientes promotores e condicionadores do bem-estar docente percebido (segundo Carol Ryff), percecionados pelos docentes inquiridos. Tratando-se de um estudo de natureza qualitativa por meio da aplicação de entrevistas semiestruturadas a seis professores docentes do 2º e 3º ciclo do Ensino Básico de um Agrupamento de Escolas na zona centro do país, procedeu-se à análise de conteúdo das mesmas onde se observa a influência positiva do gosto pela profissão, o relacionamento com os alunos e colegas e a inovação. | dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyse and encourage the importance of the pedagogical supervision and orientation in relation to the perceptive teacher´s welfare, having two main objectives: i ) discussing the factors related to the perceptive teacher´s welfare , i ) promoting the pedagogical supervision and orientation in work /tasks involving several subjects . For this purpose , factors as well as «contexts» promoting and conditioning the welfare of the perceptive teacher were checked again ( according to Carol Ryff ), perceived by the inquired teachers. Being a study of qualitative nature through the application of semi-structured interviews to six teachers of the earlier years of the secondary in schools of the central area of the country, an analysis of their content was carried out and one could notice the positive influence of the love for the profession/ job, the relationship with the students and the colleagues and the innovation.
