Abstract(s)
todas a gestação.

The sample comprised 46 women, between 24 and 39 years old, who were between 2 and 6 months postpartum. We administered a questionnaire to assess the pattern of physical activity, and respective factors. Most women reported some type of physical activity during both periods. Physical activity level decreased during pregnancy, particularly those of greater intensity and impact such as running in street and crosswalk. Outdoor walking in the street however occupies the highest average performance of physical activity in the third trimester with 38% of references. Low back pain was the most reported symptom of participants across the pregnancy period. Women who were active before pregnancy maintained activity during pregnancy, but those that did not perform exercise before pregnancy continued without realizing it. Pregnant women and future mothers should be encourage practicing physical activity in order to achieve a healthier lifestyle.
