Abstract(s)
temática “Promoção de Estilo de Vida Ativo e Saudável na Gravidez e Pós-Parto” (Estudo 1);
As diferentes fases do desenvolvimento do
There is scientific evidence supporting the benefits of physical activity during pregnancy and the postpartum period in relation to maternal health and physical condition, as these are important public health issues. In this regard, it becomes necessary to investigate the characteristics of the most effective exercise programs, as well as their promotion, highlighting the pertinence of new contributions by carrying out studies on this population, women in the pregnancy phase and in the post-natal period. childbirth. Considering this issue, the objectives of this study were: to investigate and analyze the literature on the theme “Women's Quality of Life - from Pregnancy to Postpartum” (Study 1); to develop and validate a complex intervention program “MAMÃ HAPPY”, aiming to promote an active and healthy lifestyle during pregnancy and postpartum (Study 2); to carry out an exploratory study to analyze the impact of a program to promote an active and healthy lifestyle in pregnancy and postpartum as a complex intervention. (Study 3). To validate the MAMÃ FELIZ program, the Revised Guidelines for Reporting Criteria on the Development and Evaluation of Complex Health Interventions (CReDECI2) by Möhler et al. (2015), as well as the Consensus on Exercise Program Reporting Model (CERT) guidelines for program description according to Slade et al. (2016). The exercise program was designed and validated by a multidisciplinary team composed of exercise professionals in partnership with health professionals. A structural plan was developed and tested, based on the Physical Exercise Program Manual - Active Pregnancy, which consisted of the portfolio of exercises to support the session plans, as well as the pilot study and evaluation phase: 12 weeks, with the participation of 22 women (15 primiparas and 7 secundíparas) admitted to the MAMÃ FELIZ Program to validate the aforementioned intervention. The following instruments were applied: WHOQOL Bref (Portuguese version of the abbreviated instrument for assessing the Quality of Life of the World Health Organization), the EPDS scale (Portuguese version of the Edinburgh Postpartum Depression Scale instrument), the SHS Scale (Subjective Happiness Scale) (Lyubomirsky and Lepper, 1999), translated and validated into Portuguese by Spagnoli et al. (2010), and the Pregnancy Physical Activity Questionnaire (PPAQ). This exploratory research provided important information for future research, using the same tools, however, data collection appears to be qualitative if assisted by the interviewer. of the women participating in the program evaluated the same with a high level of satisfaction and no adverse events were recorded during the implementation with the exercise, it is configured as a response in the promotion of a healthy and active lifestyle during pregnancy and postpartum.
