The aim of the IS is to support a senior social exchange programme grounded on Travel 2.0 concepts in social economy organisations that seeks to promote tourism experiences for the elderly and underlying active ageing. The design of the IS was guided by the Dynamic Systems Development Method framework and considers a set of identified requirements and the specific needs of each stakeholder.
