As trajetórias de docentes negros no IFB: contribuições e desafios para um projeto inclusivo

Abstract

O objetivo dessa dissertação de Mestrado em Educação Social e Intervenção Comunitária da Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Santarém Portugal é analisar As Trajetórias de Docentes Negros1 do IFB: Contribuições e Desafios para um Projeto inclusivo. Uma das principais intenções da pesquisa foi estudar o número de docentes negros existentes no IFB (Instituto Federal de Brasília) e conhecer as suas trajetórias. A pesquisa teve como participantes três homens e três mulheres docentes do IFB. A partir das ideias de Guerra (2006) foram elaboradas as categorias para o estudo, recolha de dados e análise dos saberes docentes, trajetórias, dificuldades. A questão de investigação nos remeteu para uma pesquisa qualitativa, em que recorremos a questionários e entrevistas semiestruturadas. A realização deste trabalho permitiu encontros riquíssimos com os pensamentos e sentimentos dos docentes e das docentes da pesquisa, contactar com estes favoreceu uma aprendizagem sobre o tema trabalhado. Concluímos que os entrevistados e entrevistadas se sentiram muitas vezes prejudicados ou pouco valorizados devido à cor da sua pele. Ouvindo as questões sentidas e as sugestões dadas por estes docentes, no final do trabalho são apresentadas linhas de orientação para a implementação de um projeto mais inclusivo a nível do Instituto.

The objective of this Master's Dissertation in Social Education and Community Intervention of the Institute's School of Education Polytechnic of Santarém Portugal (Escola Superior de Educação do Instituto Politécnico de Santarém) is to analyze Blacks of Instituto Federal de Educação (IFB) Teachers Trajectories: Contributions and Challenges for an Inclusive Project. One of the main intentions of the research was to study the number of black teachers at IFB and know their trajectories. The research had as participants three men and three women IFB teachers. Based on Guerra (2006) ideas, it was elaborated categories for the analysis of teachers' knowledge, trajectories, difficulties. However, we also support other authors who study black teachers trajectories. The question of investigation referred us to a qualitative research, in which we used questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. The realization of this work allowed us very rich meetings with the thoughts and feelings of the teachers involved in this search. Keeping in touch with these teachers during the research favored a learning about the project theme. We concluded that the interviewees felt themselves they were often harmed or undervalued due to skin color. Hearing the questions and suggestions given by these teachers at the end of the paper, it is presented guidelines for the implementation of a more inclusive project at the Institute level.
